Our welding operations are carried out by coded and accredited welders, qualified to internationally recognized codes and standards. Every weld is supported by an approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), with Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) maintained and renewed in line with project and code requirements.
We coordinate non-destructive testing — radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant — through accredited third-party inspection bodies to confirm weld integrity before handover. This capability underpins our in-house structural steel fabrication, pipe spool fabrication, pressure-retaining components and site erection works, giving clients a single accountable welding function from procedure qualification through to final inspection and documentation.
